3. What this website is about

This website presents the Arlberg Mountain Resort in Pettneu am Arlberg: the three apartments Mattun, Rosanna and Vadiesen, the private SPA, the location and how to get here. Its purpose is to inform about the house and to make it possible to contact us.

It has no political orientation, contains no paid advertising by third parties and sells nothing through a payment function of its own. Bookings are made through our own booking page. This is the basic orientation within the meaning of §25 of the Austrian Media Act.

4. Questions about data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. This website sets no cookies, uses no advertising services and embeds no third-party content; we count visits with our own cookie-free statistics on our own server. Please send any questions about this, about your rights or about deleting your data informally to the address above.

5. Dispute resolution

We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not obliged to do so.

6. Liability for our own content

We keep the content of this website up to date and take care to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that it is correct and complete. Prices, available periods and services are binding only as stated in the booking confirmation.

The photos and texts on this website come from the Arlberg Mountain Resort and are protected by copyright insofar as they are eligible for protection. Please ask us before you copy, pass on or publish any content elsewhere.

9. Typefaces

This website uses the typefaces “Fraunces” (Copyright 2020 The Fraunces Project Authors, github.com/undercasetype/Fraunces) and “Archivo” (Copyright 2020 The Archivo Project Authors, github.com/Omnibus-Type/Archivo). Both are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, available at scripts.sil.org/OFL.

The font files are stored on our own server and delivered from there. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other provider, so no data is transferred to third parties when the fonts are loaded.

All photos on this website show the house, the apartments and their surroundings and were taken for the Arlberg Mountain Resort. They are not stock photos and not images generated by artificial intelligence: the rooms look the way you see them here. The floor plans are drawings based on the building plans of the house.
